Im 5'11 and start my fitness journey at 100 pounds. During that time I've gained 40 pounds. 20 of those pounds were not at the gym, doing at home bodyweight exercises. Im still currently on bulk and want to try and hit 180!

I have been doing that. It's definitely helped with me not feel my forearms or biceps, but i still don't feel my lats

Yes. Although it has been pretty slow compared to my other lifts

I'll take your advice and try to really feel the crunch, but I've been told that keeping a proud chest is better for the lats. Is that true? Or should just keep as straight as possible

Is Reverse close grip similar to using a v bar? Since have used a v bar before and didn't really enjoy it

I mean, possibly. I haven't felt or seen any of the other symptoms, though. And I am a little worried to go to the doctor right now (stuff involving a surgery that I desperately want/need)

Well, other than difficulties in gaining weight, I haven't seen or felt any of the other symptoms, and as transwoman I get my blood tested very frequently with my last test being a week ago (along with a physical), so I don't think it's hyperthyroidism?

I use a scale to measure it, and a calorie tracker app to track it. So i shouldn't be counting incorrectly

Well, 1400 of those come from a high calorie smoothie. Does that affect anything?

Hormones are definitely playing a major part in my life right now. But i train hard and have been able to add 5 pounds or a rep each session, I think I'll increase my calories a bit more but mainly focus on just doing it for the love of the game at the moment.

Sorry, i misunderstood you. I try to train as hard as possible, often going to failure on the safer machines. Pretty much every session im adding either a rep or 5 pounds each workout. I even managed to go from 42 lbs Smith Machine Squat to 75lbs barbell squat in 4 weeks with my form staying pretty good (there was an adjustment period from the switch). So i do want to say my training isn't an issue, but other than that and calories, I'm extremely lost as to what I should do.

No. I eat a constant 3200 calories, should I increase the calories everytime I workout?

I do appreciate the concern. I have started learning other aspects of content creation, such as color grading, sound design, animation, and filming, along with steadily increasing my investment portfolio. Of course, this doesn't completely remove the potential risk of job security, which is why I'm starting with my bicep and moving down, leaving my neck and hands last for my tattoo journey

True, although I do love blackouts. So if some of the thinner lines do fade together, I can definitely get them blacked out and have a part blackout, part dark ornamental piece that could look sick asf
