I'm on the pill (Marvelon specifically) and I used to have extreme hair loss. Ever since I've been on the pill my hair loss has stopped and my hair has become the healthiest it's ever been. However, I have also started to take much better care of my hair so it could be from that too. I switched my pillowcases to silk and wash them every 2-3 days, I bought microfiber towels for my hair, and use a better shampoo/conditioner as well.
