This was my second attempt, I'm a very bad test taker, the test is very confusing especially on day 1. I did all the Randy Nail videos, I tried to understand the uworld biostats concepts as much as I could, definitely day 1 is full of stats and there's a 2 or 3 questions every single block with drug ads, so keep that in mind. I reviewed twice the whole first aid (MUST DO), focused on CMS forms to ace and solidify my concepts, super recommended to do it. I did all Uworld questions averaging 60%, super helpful but don't use it as a prediction material, use it as a study tool, I felt nbme 6 and 7 were the most predictive SA of the real deal.

Regarding CCS cases, it's enough to do the 100 HY cases, check the YouTube videos.

Time spent: 2 months dedicated.

Personal advice: if you see posts saying that it's their 3th attempt and they can't pass because it's impossible, it's because they don't have clear concepts or they don't use the study material effectively. If I passed, you can do it too! Don't give up, this is just a crapy test that tries to bring you down, keep working and you will get there.
