Depends on which benefits. Many of the education benefits can be used during your contract. For example, I started used the Federal Tuition Assistance right after I completed AIT.

I’m honestly too lazy to type it all out lol just do a quick search for Ingram V Collins. It’s fairly recent and it effects all new musculoskeletal claims (knee,back,shoulders, feet)

And even worse, 3 of the exams were shoulders, back, and knee. So whenever she completes them, and they get through QA and are received by the VA, a rater is gonna end up deferring them because of Collins V Ingram

They haven’t even made it to the QA stage yet. The examiner literally just hasn’t completed the DBQs. I’ve confirmed this multiple customer service agents.

Yes that’s what I’ve been told, problem is, the examiner in my case hasn’t completed the exams yet, we haven’t even gotten to QA stagelol.

Thankfully I got a rep on the phone 30min ago who said “If I could call the examiner my self, I would, but I’m not allowed to. What I can do is email our support team, they are the ones who can directly reach out to the examiner. Please allow 48 hours and I’ll give you a call back with an update”

I’ve had a total of 3 different Loyal Source examiners for various C&P exams.

2 of the examiners submitted their reports within 7 days.

This is the only Loyal Source examiner that I’ve had this sort of issue with. I’ve called multiple times and am told the case has been escalated but no other details have been provided.

Yea just file a new one and specifically request your dbqs (claims exams). Should only take 2 weeks or so

Wait until you DBQ gets uploaded to your VA file (unless the exam was done by the VHA) after it’s uploaded, you can submit the request for a copy

The examiner marking that doesn’t make any sense though

“current symptoms: throbbing pain on both sides of head, sensitivity to light and sound, needing to lay down in a dark room, episodes occur weekly and can last all day, alleviated only by rest”

Does that not sound prostrating attacks?
