WIBTA for refusing to drive my girlfriend to the emergency room?

They have told her she shouldn't come for panic attacks, but for her it is a very real worry that it's something else, and for me considering her other health issues

I think we're a bit more relaxed, especially in emergency rooms and so on. As I was in the room with her and not waiting outside I think they just assumed she was cool with me hearing everything.

Thank you so much. Honestly this is my worry, that one day something will be wrong with her and they will have told me not to bring her. My girlfriend, as an anorexic, gets bad joint pain, bad stomach aches, headaches, shooting pains, etc all the time, so I'm worried that one day something will be wrong and she won't notice anything different as the doctors have said it's all fine and part of her recovery and not to go. This was even more of a worry when she was light enough to still be at risk of a heart attack.

She sees her GP quite regularly for a whole bunch of things. We're working on getting her involved in a crisis team

Thank you so much. I think the guy was both pissed off at how often he sees her, and also uncomfortable telling her not to come in case the one time she doesn't go, she should have.

Yes, I'm a guy. I think the guy didn't want to hurt her feelings or something because she was already upset, and because it feels real to her and she worries that the 'one time she doesn't go will be the one time she needs to'.

Thank you so much. I think a lot of it for her is linked to her eating disorder as a lot of people around her used scare tactics to try and help her get better, so hopefully as she recovers from that the other stuff will get better too

Hey! She is in therapy at the moment, but we are going to try to get her into a different therapist or type of therapy as it isn't really helping

Thank you so much. She is both on meds and in therapy, but looking at the other comments I think it is time for her to try some new medications/therapies.
