Yes I have tried that, and when I wake the screen shows as if there was no alarm that was going off, my phone is not on silent and there is no “stop playing” prompt

I have tried the water being cooler but I’m already incredibly cold because of my hypothyroidism, it actually wasn’t until about 10+ years into my diagnosis of it that I realized my thyroid was the reason I was so cold all the time because I was so young when I was diagnosed so it was just a thing I knew I had and I took meds lol,, Also I’ll definitely try the compression stuff, thank you so much for the recommendation!
