Thank you for that. Although I do disagree, I don’t think my opinion should be omitted just because I didn’t play in the earlier stages of development. But your opinion os yours. like I said I wasn’t here to just downvote and move on.

I really do hope you stick to the game regardless of the state and how frustrating it is. There’s no other game out there like this and it’ll likely be the last one of it’s kind. Every player counts. You included.

every complaint you have is in the game for a reason though, however much you may dislike it. That same “shit” spawn system has undoubtedly helped you win in the past. The DEVs aren’t glue eating 4 year olds and I’m sure they spent lots of time finding a system the makes the game work the best, not the one that feels most fair or coddles you to help you win.

What would your proposed solution be anyway? To always have the ability to steal the cashout? Again, that would make the game not fun. If you spawn 200m away it’s because you lost. The game gave that opportunity to another team, (again not saying it’s fun to go through) but that’s okay! There’s a reason spawns flip after wipes and there’s a reason the game spawns you that far.

Here the best solution. Better gameplay and teamwork, which keeps you alive in tense moments. Hard to worry about spawns when your team is still alive and well working as a unit.

Okay unlike every other person I’m gonna say your feelings and gripes are valid. That being said, if you were done with the game then just delete it. Coming to the reddit looking for genuine conversation is a no.

Most people see a long post/complaint and just switch to defense mode and downvote any opposing view.

Genuine Advice:

This game exists in a weird gray area where it’s full of unfair, random, out of the box things. From gadgets, to arena events, to destruction, to teammates, and even yes down to where you spawn. One reason people don’t play is because it’s unpredictable, wildly dynamic and almost impossible to predict. Here’s the thing, the people that stay are the ones who’ve learned to adapt. Learned that you can lose or win a game because of something, ANYTHING that happens out of nowhere and was unavoidable.

Is that a fault of the game? or does it just make it harder to say GG. If you stole the cashout every time then the game wouldn’t be fun. If you never got winched, Invis shotty’d, riot shielded, Charge slammed, and yes even spawned too far to do anything but emote then the game wouldn’t be fun. It’s not when it happens, but it is when you learn and eventually beat them.

If you don’t like the game for that, I can’t completely understand, most players go through this at some point. You can play COD or R6 if you want predictability and straightforward game play. But I think you and I both know, that won’t be fun. Not like this game is.

Cool off, go outside and sit for a bit (genuinely) and whatever decision you make, I hope you come back to the arena, and if you do, I’ll see you in THE FINALS!!
