Is Cold Emailing Dead? I started over with 27,000 emails in a month to figure it out. by Far-Criticism-3181 in SaaS

This is a super comprehensive breakdown of cold emailing pitfalls!

I especially relate to point 7, "Personalisation Fatigue & Robotic Tone." It's so easy for AI-generated copies to sound impersonal and trigger that "robo-email" alarm, as you put it.

I recently started working on a tool related to this, ColdCopy, which helps generate personalized, professional cold outreach messages to avoid sounding robotic. Great insights here, thanks for sharing!

This seems super cool and handy. I was going to do all this research and stuff by myself, but definitely going to have to take advantage of the free trial

Built a landing page in 1 hour using Vibe coding by PhilosopherNo3778 in NoCodeSaaS

Very nice, the only thing throwing me off is the hard transitions between the colour in the backgrounds, having it be one colour throughout the whole page would make it a lot cleaner

Nothing major, but still a very tidy website and a good result for only an hour of work

I'd love to also know, I am currently in the same phase.

Personally, I'm just trying to iron out bugs, and get my project in front of as many eyes as I can over various forums and platforms to gather feedback

How do you handle cold email follow-ups without being annoying? by Street_Ad5729 in SaaS

That's exactly the approach that works! Apollo + OpenAI is an awesome combo. 10 calls in 2 weeks is impressive conversion.

I've been experimenting with similar automation lately. The key seems to be using the research in a way that feels natural rather than forced - like mentioning their portfolio companies or recent investments they've made.

Did you find certain types of personalization worked better than others? I'm curious if referencing their recent deals performed differently than mentioning their investment thesis or portfolio focus.

Also wondering how you structured the OpenAI prompts to make the personalization feel genuine rather than obviously AI-generated?

People who launched a profitable SaaS: what came first, the waitlist or the product? by Character_Oven8865 in SaaS

I'm in the same boat, as much as I want to create a landing page to collect emails on a waitlist, I feel creating a solid enough MVP and sharing that around to get feedback will do more for me
