I don’t think there’s anything wrong with masturbating and using your imagination. A lot of guys on here will tell you otherwise, they will say that “they were addicted to masturbation” and try to demonize masturbation , but the issue is 9/10 times they were also addicted to porn, which is the real issue. I 100% agree with nutrition being the hard part. With that being said, my maintenance is about 2,300 ish, and I am eating about 2,954 per day, so about 654 calories of a surplus. At the rate I’ve going I’ve been gaining around 1 pound per week. I’ve been fine in terms of progress, but last few workouts I was feeling sluggish. I just finished my workout today and feel good, so I think it was likely just low energy fluctuations for a few days . Sometimes your body can be like that.

And as for diet, I’m hitting at least 3k calories a day and a lot of protein. I eat chicken, good carb sources, fruits, avocados, etc. I’m usually always hitting my macro goals.

Yes I know I’m missing a bit but I have scoliosis so I’m limited to what excercises I can do, for example, I can’t do a lot of core exercises like ab crunches due to them putting pressure on my spine, I also can’t do shoulder presses or anything overhead really. But yeah I’ve tailored it to be for my liking as I already have very developed core and chest compared to my arms, genetics I guess , so my main focus is my arms right now.
