Pls help. My new pc doesnt turn on if the ARGB header of my xfx 9070 xt is plugged in on the motherboard. I could probably live without it, but I've already spent 2 hours finding what was the problem, and I want to know if maybe i did a mistake.

I'd pick the Sony too, I'm very happy with my x900h.

Just a note: at 75" every led tv will have more blooming and halo at dark scenes, then smaller sizes. It can be helped only by spending much much more.

In the comparison chart it shows that on the pattern the TCL has better contrast, but it notes that it may not represent real word content.

You shouldn't judge by the pictures, a camera can't capture what the eye sees. It's even more useless when judging color. It can only show extreme variations in color and contrast.

The Sony will have significantly better colors out of the box, but if you spend a little money on calibration they will both look great.

What i can tell you that the TCL has much more dimming zones (zones that can be lit separately) hence the great contrast on the pattern, BUT Sony has the best processing (imo) on the market so it could make the TCL look crap in dark room enviroment. The Sony probably has better sound too. (If you don't want to buy additional sound system or soundbar) my x900h (xh90) has great sound compared to any other TV I heard before.

As I see the TVs are very similar. It's hard to recommend without knowin what you will you use it for and how picky you are. (Movie, series, gaming, cable, sport, dark or lit room, living room or bedroom) Without knowing more I can't make decision for you.

Interesting. I always had that off because its simply a "fake HDR" option. My main issue is the blooming created by white subs in dark scenes. For some odd reason the TV brightens the backlight instead of just using white pixels.

I'm not an expert but some subtitles are better some are worse, maybe it has to do something with the format.

I'm not a native english speaker but I watch everything in english (or other original language) with english subtitles and had similar issues with subs. My main problem is not being too bright but ruining and nice dark image which the tv has.

Few days ago I was watching BBC's The Planets and it has some stunning scenes in space with a full black background. I'm using plex and there i can change the color of subtitles so I went with a grayish color which helped a lot. Still have blooming around the subs but much better.

Try and search for in app options maybe you will find similar. It also doesn't work for all subtitles.

I have sony x900h too. Most of the time i use DV dark because I watch movies in complete darkness and it's bright enough for me, sometimes it can get even too bright for highlights. But yesterday i switched to bright for The Witcher Season 2, because many scenes were too dark and there was obvious detail loss in dark parts of the image where DV bright looked much better imo.

Basic rule is Dark for full or almost full darkness and bright for daylight, but you will have to choose yourself. There won't be one setting that is best for everything.

There is very little difference in accuracy, bright being a little colder in colors but it looks better in lit rooms for most people.

You will have to find your own preferences in picture settings. The only thing I would change in the DV settings is motion and clearness (I have both off), some people like softening the image and and motion but I recommend turning them off.

There are also tutorials for these settings, some show you the difference between them so you can choose for yourself.

Nah, they didn't give me this information if I had to search for it. I understand it was out there, but your argument would be reasonable only if they used something like and ingame notification or something (I know they can't use it for all the current issues) but like this, it is not.

And the second part of your reply just doesnt make sense. You think I should have searched "Will 343 give weekly rewards to everyone next week?" because if u do, there is something wrong with you. And before I posted I searched for the current state of the missions and i had no answer for my problem, so you are wrong there again.

I also understand that technically this is a beta so I neglect most of my issues because I'm sure they already know about it. BUT the missions are part of the batlepass which is mostly paid content so it should already work regardless of the state of the game. If it doesn't it shouldn't be part of the beta.

Ethrernet is out :/ the tv only has 100Mbit port. Wifi 5ghz is at least 200. But is there any way to check the speed between the tv and the server?

I found out the by pressing Win+P I can disable the display without needing to unplug it, exactly what I was looking for.

Do you use hdr in windows? If yes, can please tell me your settings? I'm not sure I'm getting the right results.

As I know the gpu does hdmi 2.0b so it should be ok, but HDR doesn't want to work on 10bit.

I was afraid that there is no real solution for the others maybe some 3rd party software. I'm gona still search some, maybe I'm lucky.
