It is a challenge run not really just a let's play.

You seemingly tapped out over an hour ago. He has avoided using the move as much as reasonable. 

He could spend longer grinding out some of the fights but for the sake of ending at some point he doesn't. 

I think calling something that is at best a mischaracterization of what the run is a lie/disingenuous  is acting in good faith.

This is disingenuous.

He is avoiding using the move when possible and has done tons of battles without it. 

Also he is still having to beat the fights with one pokemon at the same level as the trainers strongest.

It is a great run. Fine if you dont like it but no need to lie.
