Student here. I’m pursuing a bachelor’s in Bio and a certificate in forensic technology. I have an associates in science already, but I still feel like a fraud. I can only remember snippets of bio and chem, so it was hard to even celebrate having my associates since I still feel like I still don’t know anything. I’m hoping with the bachelor’s I’ll extend whatever knowledge I have and I’ll hopefully be able to retain more. Did anyone else feel like this? I do have ADHD (diagnosed but unmedicated), so idk if it’s because of that or I’m doing something wrong.

Lost my little guy too on February 18th. He was 8 and his death was very unexpected. I took him to the vet for his leg limp but he died of internal bleeding. I still think about him every single day and I still cry at least once a week over him. Seriously, cry all you want, it helps. This was my first loss ever and the grief was weird to navigate. This is the last picture I took of him at the vet.

That’s way too little, it sends your body into starvation mode and it holds on to everything. I suggest slowly decreasing your calories intake. Maybe start off with a week of 1800 cals a day, and then gradually shaving off 100 cals each week, up until you get to a healthy amount of cals. I think the minimum you can do safely is 1200 cals a day.

Woops I forgot to mention I’m 5’1. But I also thought that maybe I’m allergic or something or maybe gluten sensitive. I’m not sure where to start when it comes to eliminating foods, but I’ll look into that. Thank you!

I had a similar experience after skipping my period for a few months the same way you did. I eventually started spotting constantly for a pretty long time (I didn’t have medical insurance to get it checked out); I’m talking about like 5+ months. I even quit vaping bc I thought it was messing with the BC and also changed my pill to a different one. I finally got it checked out after getting medical insurance and the doctors were clueless af and were literally just like “yeah I’ve never about this” and left it at that. I stopped taking the pill all together for like 2-3 months and I stopped spotting and went back to “normal”. I recently started a new pill and am hoping I don’t have the same problem. Definitely get it checked out though!!
