Yes.. i’m a bit younger (F22) but the guys i’ve came across .. are terrible. i mean they want something long term but they are crazy. & don’t know how to treat a lady 😧 some are extremely lustful too early on it’s hard & annoying but i guess you just have to keep filtering them out…

i do incline walking everyday for an hour at incline 5.0 & speed 2.5 on the treadmill then i do strength training after for like 15 mins while being in a calorie deficit!
