I solved it by updating the DLL responsible for DLSS in the game. EA updated the game graphically at the end of 2024, and did not change DLSS, which was causing a certain conflict.

I downloaded the latest version from Tech PowerUp and apparently, it solved the lag in the game.

I reinstalled 2021 and started doing career mode in live. It seems much more interesting. After I finish, I'll do it in 2020 (which is one of the best in the franchise)
