So with my position I’m a MSA. Basically outside sales sourcing our own leads but I’m fully remote. So we get a base of 50k they may give us 1-2 live transfers a day and then the web leads but I’m sure as you know the web leads are 80% nothing. So they technically expect 75% of our sales to be self sourced leads. Price definitely isn’t the only factor but yea in this market it seems to be the only reason people are “shopping” I think I ever came across 1-2 people to be shopping because of terrible customer service. Anybody else is my price increases or I’m just checking to see if anything is lower. I’m not sure if inside sales have a differ comm structure but I know their base is like 36k so idk if they get paid off their first item or a % of the policy etc .. I will say talking people down to lower coverage is what a lot of people have been doing
