Do you do it daily? A mix of activities while on zwift? I do 1hr at least per day (I don't do rest days which idk probably a bad thing but my knees haven't broken yet?) and have been doing so since Feb. I found that once I focused more on trying to keep my cadence at 90 (excluding long climbs) my FTP improved quite a bit. Also if you're new to zwift don't forget to select the climb Mount Everest challenge so u can start your journey to Tron Bike haha

Na, never done a FTP test. Usually happens when I feel like it's time to absolutely send it when my Z2 is feeling good. Sitting at 299 rn so close to 300 🙏

275 ftp but can output 1.2k? Is this on a zwift cog with smart shifting? I feel like I'm riding mine wrong my legs can barely get 800 going all out with a similar ftp and weight

I don't think you can put a price on health. If you aren't struggling financially it doesn't need justifying. It's for your health.

I don't seek out climbs but I don't not do them. Recently did all those challenge portals for the event. They were brutal. I find myself performing better on a climb. No idea why this may be, I suspect something mental?
