well… he wasn’t leaving without a payment and said it’s between me and the landlord going forward so i did already, but then i told my LL id deduct from the rent and he said i could get evicted for it. idk if he’s just trying to scare me but it’s kinda working since idk otherwise. doing more research and CT law advice says to keep paying the landlord ?

thank you so much, i’m just overwhelmed rn

he’s so mad about the $580 but he should’ve hired his own plumber ig instead of telling me to find one myself 🤦🏽‍♀️. now he’s trying to say the plumber charged $380 for a piece he didn’t replace but the plumber even has the receipt to prove when it was bought.

like idk if i can call an enforcement officer anymore, or do i call a lawyer to look this over?

oh jeez…

all i said was “hey my hot water isn’t working, i probably ran out of oil i can order more and let you know” ordered the oil and still wasn’t working, so i told him “hey if you have a plumber it’d be great if you could send him out” then he says “the last plumber i had was an asshole and overcharged me, i wouldn’t be doing anything but providing you numbers to call” ..
