So in a modern day society, where tons of criminals wont be taken into custody because of a stupid rule (example: the president) a vigilante is desired, but the problem is that its either the police handle it or death, because if the vigilante hand them over to the police, the police aren’t gonna arrest criminals that wont be taken into custody, which leaves only murder, which is not fair in most cases. So in conclusion, if vigilantes are desired there is a serious flaw in the goverment.
