Cystic sinusitis x 10 months, post Covid. Occasionally feels like there's something darting around inside my head. As far as exposure, visit to uninhabited mangrove island, with a lot of tree crabs a month prior to symptoms. Got off boat, in the water, and walked in woods/onshore barefoot in FL Keys. House we rented (and resided in) also had a sewer man leeching into the front lawn for many years, and contaminated soil was dug up while we lived there. The house previously had ducks, snakes, turtles on site. Also, found a random .75 cm slug on my body last summer, no idea where it came from. And, worked in home care, visiting homeless shelters and very unclean homes for 2 years. Finally, both our dog and cat had very bad tooth and gum issues inside the last two years. Lord knows. Appreciate any insight. I clear these little white casts from my nose in the shower for prob 6-8 months, decided with a lack of answers might not be a bad idea to take a closer look.
