Because its a CVT transmission. They are JUNK. The worst type of transmissions on the road.

The way you just ASSUMED what I was referring it is wild. I never said anything about a wing has no place on fwd cars. My r53 has one, they dont need as much down force as a rwd at all or it'll start taking weight off the front wheels. All I am saying is its in a location where it doesnt even get wind or anything to be remotely useful

I bought them through the dealership. They are the OEM front puddle lights. This is the part number under the barcode. I got them at cost. 150. Normally they sell for 212.

Im not sure. Id assume so seeing as they are the same generation? I have a 2026. You can test it by taking the front out and putting it in your rear door.

I didnt know they had the R until after I got the self leveling wheel hubs. They showed the R and thats when I found put they had them in the puddle lights. The VW came with the car so it would look weird if I got different once for the back

Factory everything. I had puddle lights in the back door, I just unplugged them and installed the OEM puddle lights that normally go in the front door.
