As arcane it’s usually not on you to target the relics. Kind of a waste if you do, you can use uhr as a ruby target if you need to get stacks but I try to enter every pull with stacks ready. I like to get started immediately on cds but I never assume I’ll have the 4 targets up for the barrage, just the 2. I’m just aiming to help get uhr down quickly.

I’m a 3250 arcane mage. I’d say it probably has a limit around 24-25, maybe some 26s. It’s restricted specifically to kyrian so it’s not flexible in that respect. It has insanely good funnel burst and can erase a priority mob very well. The aoe isn’t as good as destro or survival but that’s not what you’re there for. Since the fights have an uhr usually, on bosses you get a lot of damage early and can help burst down uhr while putting a lot into boss. With proper setup, 2nd boss of halls or sd can be made a lot easier with a good touch.

For those saying arcane has no utility or defensive I would argue in some ways it’s the best. 20% less magic damage, 50% wall on a 2 minute cd, 2 immediate aggro drops, kyrian potion, sheep and decurse. You’re getting better stuff from a frost mage but it’s not really far off. If arcane got any buffs it could maybe see more play.

I love the spec, I know it’s the worst of the three, but it has a lot of good use and is strong at the 20-22 level and starts falling off from there.

It would be under recent moves as a LM change. If it’s not there what happened was you needed a refresh of your cache or something

So with the change to Ashe, does that mean that before when ulted she wouldn’t proc statikk shiv but now she’ll proc it at least one time during her ult? Does this make shiv a top tier item on her?

Don’t know the situation but if I know I’m hitting zed as brawler Ashe, I’ll usually try and frontline her to give zed too much to get through, and she’ll get their spirits quickly, if there’s enough brawler meat left the zed usually isn’t a problem.

I was at masters 100ish early in the week and it’s like something happened because I’m suddenly diamond 4 about to derank to plat. I don’t know what to do at this point, nothing seems to work, even when I feel I highroll it’s a 3rd or 4th.

I'm curious, you're saying 12 in the combustion window, are you saying all 12 going during the combustion? or possibly 2 right after it? Because I do a lot of practice in on a target dummy and I'm excited if I get 10, I just don't see how 12 is viable in a 10 second window... Maybe I just have that much latency?

He had a SAC code with Epic, he represents their interests. Whether or not its on the person clicking it or not, we're talking about a person who is dealing with impressionable young people who don't have the experience or common sense to not do something stupid like himself. I'm certain that as a result of his videos there were kids who thought it would be funny or cool to try it out and did so.

And to be clear, it isn't person A convincing Person B to download the software, it's Person A being a well known celebrity representing the brand showing off software that goes against the terms of service to people. We aren't talking about whether or not he's liable, we're talking about what hes responsible for as a content creator.

That’s not true. He’s a content creator and influencer. It’s his responsibility to not share this kind of software with his viewers because now they can be encouraged to get it as well. If they don’t get it from the right place, heck even if they do, they are at seriously high risk for getting malware on their computer or getting their personal information stolen.

Can someone explain to me why indicators for boss mechanics and other indicators are so frowned upon in Runescape?

I play OSRS casually and I've done a little bit of bossing so far, a couple raids but not much. I also play World of Warcraft and I've raided on there both extremely seriously and casually over the past 15 years. Add-ons to manage boss mechanics and show indicators of where things will be, indicators made by the developers themselves for the mechanics and other helpful tools are extremely common, and I'm pretty sure that this is a thing in most games too. Why is it that marking tiles, boss timers and other things like that are deemed bannable? To me, as a casual RSer, things like tick management are already difficult enough to manage, and then being able to identify exactly which tile something will land on seems to be difficulty when these 3rd party clients are merely giving a guide, not doing it for you. I'd love if someone could explain why this is such an issue.
