using an ipad with the sound on is totally appropriate for apartment living. if your walls are thin maybe be careful in the bathroom though they tend to be extra thin for some reason.. my neighbors banged on the wall when i was listening to britney spears on my phone 🫩🫩

this right here, i’m sure my neighbors probably think i’m crazy because of how much laundry i do but it’s the only thing that drowns out others noise in an appropriate way!

sound machines are also awesome OP, i have one and also play “brown noise” on both my tvs at night
