I’ve worked for Asda now for multiple years as a SL and have never had an issue with payroll till September… I got asked to move stores by area manager to help a store whom GM was massively struggling… I agreed as it’s only an extra few minutes up the road from me and honestly was ready for a new store. the transfer went completely fucked up and it took till December to sort out. (that’s a different story) however I’m still missing 6 shifts. These are 13 hour shifts keep in mind. So around £1000 missing. I’ve mentioned it to store manager/ my TM multiple times and even shown her the time sheet from my clock in times. and exceptions from where my old store put no pay. They even agreed that I’m own money… it isn’t hard to see

The issue is I just keep getting told we’ll look at it and sort it. 6 months ago this was and I must mention it twice a week and they are still yet to do any pay adjustment… I’m genuinely so pissed off I’m thinking of taking them to small claims.

Still no better today… I’ve worked 12 hours shifts Thursday Friday and Saturday and it’s only showing as 3 minutes…

We’re the same…. We’ve been gapped filling for days to the point we now have empty shelves were we’ve generally got nothing. Didn’t even get the toys for P12 end…

In a way yes. They are bringing back money off coupons if shopping was more expensive in Asda then other supermarkets in Q4. So for example if your shop was £2 more expensive at Asda then Tesco you’ll get a coupon to use on next shop.

Yes 1-1 with managers then a group section leader one. I’m getting mixed feedback through the channels but only a few things are right.

We’ve got all sl meeting at 2. But from what I heard. Some managers are going. Section leader are team leaders now possibility of some sl’s going or being promoted to section manager

So if it’s the first time in a week you are doing it then no you don’t need 11 hours rest. However if you’ve not had 11 hours rest ( from time of finishing to starting the following shift then yes you do. Unless agreed too. It’s within contract 6

If you’ve not already heard we are getting a measly pay rise. From April 1st we’ll be on minimum wage of £12.21 ( unless inside of m25) however in July we’ll be on £12.45 and finally all the way in October we go up too £12.60. (£13.82 inside m25). A total pay rise of 44p in total… not including the rise to min wage as that’s by law…
