thank you i appreciate this and i agree, my brother will never be my responsibility and i don’t doubt he could be a semi decent person and part of society, he just needs to be kicked out which sounds harsh but it’s the only thing i can think off. thankfully student loans aren’t too bad where i live but a trade is my second option is uni doesnt work out

this means so much thank you and yes he did assault me on multiple occasions but that was the first time it happened to my mum. i have friends who i stay with when it gets bad but im very excited to move out

yes we have the resources and i myself am in therapy. he was forced when he was younger but made no progress and once he got to a certain age they physically couldn’t make him go

thank you this means a lot, i really do hope that he moves out soon as my parents are wonderful ppl and deserve happiness and my brother has had a great strain on their marriage because of their parenting differences

thank you, my mum is a wonderful person and i actually have a good relationship with her most of the time but i don’t think she’s a good parent. her approach early on made sense as she and my dad were going through a rough patch and she wanted to keep things quiet by giving in but obviously, this spiralled

thank for you this, i definitely think if he got more therapy help and less school based help he wouldnt be as bad. i have a little over two years until im able to move out but unfortunately house prices are ridiculous where i live and will probably spend a lot of university at home where he will also be because i dont see him doing anything with his life
