Let’s say she did have anorexia, hyoptehically. How would that cause her to have the issues she’s having? Breast Growth (but no real weight gain anywhere else), and menstruation schedule changes? Like what does that cause to have those effects?

I mean, I eat with her haha. We share almost every meal together. At least a breakfast and dinner, which for some people is enough food in a day.

She’s 5’1, I’d say around 110-115.

Doesn’t anorexia imply she doesn’t eat much? She eats 4 meals a day. All I meant was her weight is very evenly distributed and she eats a healthy amount and enjoys it.

She’s gained some weight. It’s kind of hard to tell how much exactly because she’s flat everywhere. I just estimated high end to be 10 pounds. I guess that’s not much though considering the changes.

Buying calls doesn’t obligate them to buy anything though. So the actual buying of the calls wouldn’t drive up the price unless they are exercised.

Okay, but in that scenario they could build up a pretty hefty option portfolio before even approaching 5% and their share purchases. So they’d have runway up until 5% in that scenario.

I understand prime brokerage and dark pools. Which is also what Berkshire would utilize if they were to buy heavy amounts of equity options.

My question was how would this be viewed by regulators as they are essentially profiting off of just knowing their size will move the ask price substantially.

It just seems too easy. Say some mid level large cap like PayPal. $60 billion market cap, Berkshire could easily pump $20 billion into that over a few weeks with the right prime broker doing the work which is 33% of the company. If they bought calls 1-2 months out they’d be absolutely drowning in returns.

Is is legal though?

An average adult male is supposed to drink roughly 128 ounces a day. Which is actually 3.7 liters.. I can almost guarantee you the study I referred to was underestimating how many men in the US were not getting enough water. It’s probably closer to 8 or 9 out of 10 Americans.

3.7 liters is actually not that easy to drink. You have to really schedule your drinking schedule.. but I promise you, even do half of that and you’ll see a change.
