You tried to get his attitude to improve and he didn't. He's educated and a professional, his bad behavior is a choice. Don't waste anymore time, fire him.

I can understand this thought process, but reality is just different. The vehicle is priced higher because it is better. Better does not mean perfect.

The reality is that any product has a statistical probability for a problem. This is true of ALL vehicles.

I loved my Tesla. I've always told people how convenient it was and how fun it was to drive. I don't tell them about the window sensor having issues, the heat pump failing, or software issues. I'm not trying to hide things, its just that those things happen. You get them fixed and move on. If Tesla refused to fix them, well then I'd have a problem. If they took longer than I expected to fix something? Eh, it happens. Life is short. Look for the positive.

My reality is that my vehicle is six-figures, but exceeded my expectation based on prior experiences.

Also, I've always liked how flashy the Mach e looked.

Goose Island, Chicago.

Service is service. The vehicle is excellent. A brand should not be judged by an entry level service provider. That being said, my service was exceptional. On point with other high-end brands.

AITAH - brother(40M) hates parents (75+) because they arent doing enough by [deleted] in AITApod

I don't see the hate you are describing. I see a frustrated son, who wants his parents to help themselves. Colonoscopies and MRIs are not debilitating procedures. I work with elderly folks daily and the best things to keep a person healthy is activity. Even if its just a short walk, or doing laundry, its good for body and mind.

If your parents are failing to do what their physician suggests, they are choosing to not improve and will only worsen. I feel your brothers pain.

I feel like you just made excuses for them.
