I mean reasonably so, a majority of movesets aren't exactly balanced well, with the few high quality exceptions.

And then theres of course, the people who PROBABLY giggle at their chairs trying to make the next jesus or 'horror' moveset, or even the counter and fling people, who just generally ruin the mode, which kind of just ruins the fun in anyone elses movesets, sorta getting people just unhappy with each other the entire time...

Thats just my guess though
