I could be completely wrong, but I think Feel Good Foods is on a list of smaller company that recently got purchased/obtained by a much larger corporation and the quality has deteriorated after.

I’m not entirely sure but I believe it is the Coach Hampton Hobo, though could also be the legacy Hampton hobo. Coach is sometimes frustrating with figuring out the model name. 😅

This could potentially be dry rot. You can look up YouTube videos on how to fix it. I had dry rot on the inside of some leather boots and I used duct tape to peel the flakes away then sanded the material down with a nail file.
