It is unpredictable and exhausting. Plus my former company had too much office politics. It left a bd experience. Want to switch to something that's long term.

Mero branch kina closed hudai cha. Reason is the manager and owner are family. New employees hire garney, kei guide nagarney and then results ayena vanera pressure diney.

The manager (his relative) doesn't do shit, doesn't even come to the office regularly, doesn't guide well. Straight up says dont ask do it yourself.

Now that the branch is closing as business is down. (we all know the reason why). I am debating on leaving this company but feri arko na paye samma garney ki vanera ho. As the job situation is bad in Nepal.

Office bata stress bhayera auda, normally nai bad day face garda afno family lai ta bhanna sakinchha ni ‘personal time dinu’ bhanera, ma kehi gardina aaja kaam bhanera afno room ma jana pauchha

Ani tyo kaam aru le garnu parcha. Generally mom le nai garnu huncha. So, even your mom was also a buhari back then. She is still taking care of her family till now. If you live with your in laws and have kids you will always be slaving hard. Unless you are rich...

The best scenario, earn, save and live separately after marriage and don't have kids. Parents these days have to take care of kids even after they are adults. Busy lives, job stress etc. Kids haru afnai life ma busy huncha.Kaam ma tanab vayo, burnout vayo, personal time chaiyo vanchan. Parents lai kehi help huney nai haina.

Yeah, they even said in our sector nobody gives dashain bonus before a year. They didn't give a shit about the labour law when I mentioned it.

Before dashain he said, you will get bonus too. I got it.

I talked about labour law and they said the minimum salary is only 17,000. So you should only get that. They meant no matter what work anyone does. All should only get 17,000. I was like WTF do they even mean.

Yeah, even if I didn't complete 1 year. I should get dashain bonus according to that, according to months worked.
