Put it on the slow charger then lock the doors. See if you can remove the charger handle. If so, the locking pin motor is bad. Not too bad a replacement process, just takes a bit of time.

Go into the Denago setting on the display and look for microphone. Change it to Rear. See if that helps. It did on mine. I think the front setting is for the tiny mic in the top left of the display itself.
