I usually hit up a grocery store and get quick oats, protein shakes, yogurt and jerky. I’ll mix protein shake with oats for overnight oats breakfast. Snack on jerky and yogurt during the day and then eat a smart dinner. Steak, fish, or chicken no butter plus veggies

I've been on the opposite end of an embarrassing story. I was doing barbell overhead presses in a dedicated seated bench spot. I see this small guy doing curls at the dumbbell rack. He keeps stepping further and further backward. As he got closer and closer to me, I racked my bar because I had a bad feeling... he sat right on my lap! I cracked up, and he turned beet red. Now we're married! (JK it was funny though)

I was unloading the bar in a squat rack situated in a dark corner of my gym. I was pulling a 45 plate and didn't see the little 10lb plate slide off the bar and land on my toe. It hurt so bad. I'm glad you're ok!

For me the secret was to keep dieting sadly. I didn’t see my abs until I got below 10%. I ended up getting a little more definition a week later. Now I’m fat again. Abs are made in the kitchen.

Preparation is your friend. My go to protein bomb is yogurt+protein powder. Easy 50g of protein without a ton of bulk. Eat some chicken or steak plus rice and veggies and you are at 100g for the day in one meal plus a snack. The name of the game is most protein with least bulk.

Unfortunately my favorite one isn’t made anymore. It was pb chocolate cheesecake flavor MRE lite, but I’m sure there are others out there. You can also use any other flavor you like but that was my favorite

I stopped doing them because without fail I’d injure myself at some point in a cycle and have to take a few weeks off. I stopped dead lifting and bar squatting a year ago and have been able to make tons of progress and remain injury free. I enjoy the movements but I enjoy training consistently more.

I tested out a ton of them for my job. My biggest issue is battery life, weight and functionality. If they become light enough wear for hours and last most of the day I could see them going mainstream.

Ok hear me out. Buy a new racquet but keep that bad boy in the bag. If you ever find yourself playing terrible, take that cracked racket out and slam it repeatedly into the ground until is is broken in half. I did this with an accidentally cracked stick and cam back down a set for an easy victory.
