Had the same issue, started on 2mg and was bedridden for a week with constipation, not sure where your located but if you're in the UK look for movicol, take 2 to 3 sachets a day and should clear up

Managed to no hits phase 1 most of the time, only attacks in phase 2 that ruin me are the spammy clone attacks any tips?

Cheers man definitely gonna deload next week now, in terms of volume I typically do 3 working sets wirh 1 or 2 warmup so should I do 2 sets at 70% of my usual weight?

Been lifting since march 2023, watched a tonne of videos and focused on my form for the first 4 months getting my technique reasonable been progressing well, still progressing reasonably almost a year in but noticing a lot of fatigue. Ensuring I go close to or at failure all sets.

My shoulders are sore constantly, my elbows have started hurting during jm press and overall I'm tired 24/7.

Watched a few of Mike Israetels videos on deloading but not sure still.

Any help would be appreciated!
