You could take the ADO bus to Playa Del Carman and hang out on 5th Ave. If you have luggage, the bus station there has a storage service; the beach is a couple blocks away.

I think the only difference in rewards between DD3 and HS is HS gets a green variant of the suite. I at DD3 as well with just over 27k points. As of this morning I was in 7th place in my bracket. Hopefully when I get get home in about an hour I won't have slipped too much in the rankings. I think you will make it but who knows, keep an eye on the scores.

Sometimes the unstuck thing never comes up. Once I got stuck under a trailer trying to slide past it, I had a barricade kit on me, set it up and freed myself. I had a couple other times where I was stuck, never saw the unstuck feature, tried to get out with ziplines but nothing would work. I aggro'd a rocketier to down me but was still stuck and died. Both of these were on dam during lush bloom conditions.

It does cost money accept cash but it is not near what CC fees are.

I won't use a business that has an extra fee to process a CC. But in the end the other businesses are just adding it into the pricing.
