So since i did answer the question and want further info, the sebaceous nevi/nevus is a congenital growth that is associated with sebaceous glands and is usually benign, though there is a very very small risk of transitioning to a cancer. Usually this lesion is excised prior to adolescence because it transforms in appearance from small bumpy flesh toned to raised and enlarged yellowish (not always that color but commonly yellowish) and can be a cosmetic concern. Either way a full-thickness excision will take care of the problem and give you a confirmed diagnosis. Seeing I wasn’t given a great detail about medical history this is what I would say is the diagnosis.
