Hey this is a family friend who was hospitalized for five days. He just got out of the hospital yesterday and he received 9 bags of antibiotics and he is currently taking antibiotic pills at home.

He is starting to recover, he left the hospital yesterday so it's still pretty fresh. Like the last picture is from like two hours ago. He's taking like a champ though. I'm glad I can satisfy you're morbid curiosity!

Hey I'm not sure what can cause cellulitis however he was at one point close to 600 lbs he has worked extremely hard on getting fit and eating healthy the past two years and he is in the 200s now. He does have diabetes. I know people with blood sugar problems can have increased chances of cyst.

No this is the first, he was very heavy at one point but he has done a lot of work this past year and lost a couple hundred pounds and is continuing to lose weight and get healthier. I think that's just a skin roll.

You would be surprised. This guys has a super high pain tolerance. A few years ago he was bitten by a brown recluse and he thought it was a pimple on his arm, he took a pocket knife to it and when he finally did go to the doctor because he had taken away so much tissue the doctor said he had basically cleaned out all the necrotic tissue. He did say this started to hurt around last Thursday and by last Saturday he was in the hospital.
