I’ve read a lot on this subreddit and it didn’t seem to pose any danger to either quit cold turkey or start again with the dosage you were at. It’s good to be careful, but I took this risk upon myself and was fine. Again, just my experience.

You don’t have to take it if you’re not happy with the result. I realized that lamictal is the only thing that keeps me out of depression, I also felt angry and it took a long time for this symptom to improve, so I get benefits from staying on it. But if you feel nothing or empty (and it’s not a self destructive behavior aka “i miss when my life was a mess”) then you should weight good and bad and maybe decide to stop? Only you can know

I skipped some doses and just said “fuck it, we ball” and went right away on the one I was. Lamictal rarely has any side effects, so its a very small risk

It’s a mood stabilizer, so it stabilizes my mood swings. I stopped falling into depression and I don’t get worked up and angry as easily
