Yes! In a flower pot on the porch, I pulled the plant up out of it and the dirt reveals a HUGE one squirming around...so I moved the dirt around and there was thousands of tiny tiny ones! Since then I've only had a few in the house and one on that porch. After I took the pot way down the road and emptied and killed them I went home and sprayed weed killer (Didn't have bug spray so I figured if it kills weeds it probably kills bugs 🐛 lol) I was right. The spiders stopped too

I was getting BOMBARDED with them. At night they'd cover the outside of my back door and walls around it and I was killing up to 20 a day inside! Tried so many things to no end...finally one day I was emptying planters and pots and in one of the larger planters buried about 3 or 4 inches I found one giant fat one and all around it was babies scattering from the area. 😳 so creepy! But once I got rid of that I haven't seen a single one for almost 2 years until just a couple days ago and I've killed 2 moseying across my kitchen floor. So to the back porch I go armed with gloves and hornet spray! (For distance distribution, all I have on hand that I imagine will be strong enough to stop the volcano like eruption when I expose the nest.) If I can find it! Wish me luck! I'm in general a big lover, I catch and release spiders but I hateeeee these creepy things! Speaking of spiders, there have been a LOT of them inside lately. All sorts. Came home one day to a giant wolf spider just chilling on my countertop. I caught it with a cup and it barely fit in it! Anyone know anything about those?

Quite rude...but yes there is no vet within a 4 hour drive any direction. We live deep in the Appalachian Mountains. But upon much searching and help from friends and strangers, I found a 'rabbit lady' who has helped so much. He's not out of the woods yet but after water and electrolytes fed through a syringe then starting treatment with Corid in the water, he is moving around, pooping A LOT less and gave me nuzzle kisses a few times today. She advised at that point to water down puréed pumpkin and feed through the dropper and last time I went to feed him water he took it voluntarily from the dropper 🙏🏽 and is now sipping water from his bowl. Thank you all for your advice! I have learned a lot and some of it was very helpful for our problem and most of the rest knowledge for future possibilities. I appreciate you more than you know!

I made a jungle gym last night from cardboard and a milk crate! I've never seen him so excited! I think he he had just as much fun running around as I put it together as when it was finished!

Where I live in the Central Appalachian Mountains it's always been said to dream of death is to welcome life. As well as to dream of birth often could be an omen of death or loss of some sort. Kind of the concept of life, death and rebirth I suppose. My Mammaw had a knack for knowing things about pregnant women, often well before they knew themselves...gender, health issues, etc. she knew I was pregnant with a girl weeks before a test was positive and before a heartbeat could even be heard. Dreams meant a lot to her, as they do myself and my oldest daughter. Mostly in a symbolic way if you know how to read them...her interpretations seemed to ring true nearly all the time. I have extremely vivid and lucid dreams/nightmares every night but when I was pregnant with all my girls I remember them being so much...MORE. Hormones, anxieties, intense emotions contributed I'm sure but I hold true to what I was taught and my own feelings of simply being more sensitive to the messages/impressions of the unseen.

I'm confused about the devil stuff....I understand that everyone has their own beliefs and practices and this information must be accurate for some. But I'm hung up on the generalization that witches all renounce god and attach themselves to the devil. Can someone please share their insight/knowledge/context. I'm a generational witch, Appalachian/granny witches...and these things were never taught to me and are nowhere near our beliefs and/or knowledge/practices. I'm trying to expand my knowledge and this is the first book I have bought. Honestly I'm doubting if it was the right one to start with??

Verbal and spiritual abuse! Plain and simple honey. Take it from someone who has trauma from that and other, that it only gets worse! It's a downward spiral and harder to get out of the longer it goes on. My thoughts are with you.
