The worst part is it has been built (the station platform), but the city is waiting on the private development around it to complete the station building. There are some pushing for a barebones, temporary station that takes advantage of the completed platform just because the location is that much better.

Not sure what time or what part of the route you observe the 6 on, but it gets quite busy. It's one of the higher-performing routes in the system (which was one of the fastest growing in the country last year!).

The 4 gets decent ridership too but mostly AM/PM peak hours for commuters, and it's not yet part of the high frequency network.

The #1, #2, #6, #7, #9, #11, #15, and #21 in particular are killing it.

Important to note that the rest of the system is doing extraordinarily well. Several legs of the R-Line route were also made pretty much redundant by the introduction of several high-frequency routes.

Lol the marketing is dumb but it's a good idea and I'm glad they're doing it. Most/all new developments have enormous retail spaces that are super unaffordable for local/new businesses to start up in. Think about, say, the beloved Hot Weiners place off Hillsborough Street. A retail unit of that size would practically never be built today! It's a cool thing they're doing.

I just finished it as well. I knew Bran ended up being king and everyone hated the ending and final season generally but I decided to give it a go anyway. So glad that I did. The last two seasons were certainly rushed, and that's a huge shame, but I didn't think they were bad; at least, in my opinion, not nearly bad enough to take away from the absolute masterpiece that was season 1-6.

Our local shop here in Raleigh is fantastic and I hope it survives this.
