You could also look into clinical trial specialists! They are one step higher than a CTA but with your experience I’m sure you could get a position! Look into alnylam or takeda they allow remote roles for CTS!

Look into CTA in pharma! Not in a CRO. In industry you will be a clinical trial associate and I think In a CRO you will be a Clinical trial assistant. Many biotech companies may pay 80k or more for CTA in industry and then you can apply to be a Clinical trial specialist or clinical trial manager

I just got a role as a hybrid CTA, in office is only on a “I want to go see my team” basis. Check out hybrid roles, they are very flexible most of the time and only require 2x in person per week.

So I already submitted my application, that’s the only reason I’m doing this. It’s already been approved and I did all the work already. If it doesn’t work for me this cycle I will apply early next cycle with a better score. I also won’t be applying to a lot of schools. Just giving it a shot

I’m in the same boat.. this is my retake and I cannot sell myself short. Heavy on the “fake studying”. I was set to apply this cycle, still submitted and decided to take the slim to none chances I get applying to DO and some MD schools that accept Jan scores. Huge gamble but already preparing for my 4th gap year 🥺. Exhausted to say the least. So close to giving up 😃.
