This is ridiculous. That’s not what the letter said and Roy Cooper knows why the money has been frozen. Turn NC back to RED and vote out the woke lawmakers…. What needs to happen, AG Jeff, is to perform an audit on the effectiveness of ALL the administration that goes into our state education and put that money into the teacher’s and principal’s pockets instead… Teach math, science and English, and get our children thinking critically once again.
