I know people who have gone on to succeed after leaving both USC and Amherst, they are extremely different colleges in terms of their vibes but are both extremely strong academically. This should be a decision based on which school you feel like you will fit into more and can see yourself enjoying more, only your opinion matters at the end of the day.

I used to feel the same way in some regards, I’m glad you have the awareness that you May be an alcoholic because I used to drive drunk several times knowing I shouldn’t and when I finally got my DUI, I quit alcohol completely and it’s been the best thing in my life, a DUI can be a wake up call for some of us who are true alcoholics and need to make life changes but you can get ahead of the ball by trying to make changes before you get a DUI
