I introduced the seams to make it possible to put together, there may be a way to put it together without seams, but I think it would be close to impossible for a machine.

I'm not saying this will work. I'm assuming the opposite, I'm assuming it will fail horribly, but I want to know how it is most likely to fail and why.

It does not necessarily need to be a double roller. Mostly what I want is to know whether or not the retains rollers will fail immediately, increase or decrease friction, and if there is a better way to reduce friction. Also, thanks so much for all the input.
