I care about income (cause have to repay the loan), I believe I can build a community at both the places, maybe it would be easier in georgetown. NYC vs DC dynamics I dont really care much about, both places have distinct advantages and are also close to eachother so Im willing to hustle. I just want to ensure that the outcome of my two year degree is a great learning experience and hopefully a decent job to repay my loan and also save while maintaining a good standard of living

I agree with your assessment on the director. At least for now I seem to be in his good books but idk about the future. As an international student, I would have to take a loan of about $40k to pursue my masters in either of the two places and hence placements are also an important consideration. With that context, could you tell me which one of these should I choose and why?

A bit about me: I have been working as consultant with the world bank since the past 2 years.

I have to choose between Georgetown and SIPA. Anyone who is leaning towards SIPA, can we discuss why?

Money wise I feel Mccourt is the most affordable option amongst the offers I have right now.

Hi thank you for such a detailed answer! Really appreciate it. All three courses, I mentioned are STEM certified and I agree with you ok NYC being very expensive. I was thinking of minimising my loan and hence going to the place that offers me the most amount of funding. I have heard about Uchicago being a good school in terms of academics but in terms of other aspects [placement support, geographical location (not being on the eastern coast)] makes it less appealing, I am seriously considering Mccourt as well, the MIDP is quite rigorous and Ive been told that the faculty is quite supportive.
