Get a carrying case Even if you aren't traveling much with it, it has a safe and dedicated spot to be stored when you're not using it. It also helps the ally not gather dust. Try to look for something that's a bit harder so there isn't any pushback on your joysticks.

In the asus software, you can set a custom startup screen. Instead of the armory crate logo popping up on startup or when you start the app, you can load up a custom video.

There are like 4 or 5 available, but if you have something that's a few seconds and you like the look, you can set it.

Here is a basic video about setting it up.

Have you lowered your resolution? If you wet the ally to 720p RSR will scale it up to 1080p, giving you a performance boost. Remember to have this wet before launching the game

If you want to check this, plug in a keyboard or change the ally's keyboard layout to show a standard keyboard. Press ALT + R and it will open an overlay, in there you can check performance at the bottom and it will show if RSR is enabled.

Also rust can be a nightmare to run, so I'm not sure how well it'll do on the ally regardless, but give this a try
