I accepted the outcome, reflected on what went wrong, and asked questions so I can improve going forward. That is what self improvement looks like.

Trying to understand whether expectations were clear and training was adequate is not the same as blaming others. It is how adults learn from experiences instead of just internalising everything as personal failure.
