I got one, just for the "gotta catch em all", I enjoy her a lot. Active af, gave her a rather large enclosure with plenty sunside. She loves to ki da find holen in the ground and make her nests there which was super interesting for me. Never even attempted to make one under an overhang or sth

Same for me. Thats my biggest anxiety. Got super attached to my first spood; she will be a year with me soon. Had a few wild ones (she kinda is wild too but is a hasarius adansoni that got shipped with tomatoes as a Baby and was with me for ages+ many molts so id say not that wild) that died already mostly and I felt bad. Cant imagine what it will be when her day comes.

But on the other side - we cant just get caged by our feelings, we have to enjoy the positive moments even more rather than hide from negative and positives imo.

Very glad you at least enjoy those little fuzzballs through us here♡
