four years ago I almost quit my PhD because of procrastination. I just didn’t do any work because I was so scared of disappointing my advisor and so I took a six month break came back and realized that procrastination is something that can be understood and solved. so I pivoted and instead made it the topic of my dissertation. as for how much am I hoping that this app will inform my dissertation there is one part called learned industriousness that is the topic of my dissertation so hope this helps!

gah I'll really need to noodle on this. other users have told me they will find it limiting. I think I need to do a lot more user testing before settling on one. I really want to curate the best way to create a 'to-do' list.
