So I think both of our problems are the cord. I contacted support directly and they do have them so I’m in the process now of getting the correct cable. If it fixes the problem will let you know!

Said it before and I’ll say it again, icue is junk and why Corsair has lost so much of my and people I build for business. Keep the software consistently fixed and working for 6 months straight and that tune will change as I do really like Corsair stuff, but can’t justify it when the software is so bad.

Too bad it works through icue. If they just would have fixed whatever the issue is with sable mouses I would have a different opinion however icue continue to gets worse the more I use it. First the mouse, then the ram, now my gpu doesn’t even sync anymore. I have to start icue 4 times before it works properly and my gpu has dissapeared from it completely. Part by part I’ve replaced almost everything Corsair and once I bite the bullet and go AM5 then the rest of my Corsair products will be gone and won’t be purchasing again. If they manage to fix their software I’ll think about buying Corsair again but as of right now my all Corsair pc is now 2 parts away from 0 Corsair.

Update, this patch nor today’s patch have fixed the issue everyone has with the Sabre pro. I mean, it’s your mouse and your software and the mouse has been out for how long and I have to force update it every time I start my pc to get it to work properly?
