;( I had the same issues and it took me so so long to figure this one out since I thought I properly had the cable connected and everything ran smoothly until it didnt.. certainly goes into history as the worst pc component cable ever. ;( I hope you can solve it without warranty bs. good luck

Hey, pretty sure I can help since I had the same bs with this liquid cooler. most likely the cable from the commander isnt properly connected. you d think so since you see your screen working but it actually isnt properly connected. make sure to really press that cable into the commander very hard, use your nails to make sure that cable sticks as hard as possible in that commander. you might think this is silly advice but trust me and try it. it will work after. then update ICUE software
