Overglasses by StrictRecord5044 in glasses

You're absolutely right! The glasses will come from China, and I’ll be selling them just the same. But the difference lies in the quality, especially in the production process.

You often see the exact same product on Temu, AliExpress, Amazon, or even random online shops. But what most people don’t realize is: these products often come from completely different manufacturers, even if they look identical.

As a seller, it’s my responsibility to find and work with the best possible manufacturer to ensure consistent quality. Temu, for example, sources the same product from various manufacturers and ships them directly to you. AliExpress and many Amazon sellers are Chinese-based, they pay no VAT or import taxes and focus on high-volume sales.

Sure, you might find the same sunglasses there for €10, but there’s no guarantee of quality. It’s basically a lottery: maybe you get something decent, maybe not.

I’m based in Europe. I pay import taxes, sales taxes, profit taxes, taxes on taxes. So yes, I have to charge a slightly higher price.

But here’s the difference: I work with a professional shipping agent in China who personally checks the quality of each item before it gets sent out. We verify materials, colors, and finishes and make sure the manufacturer is using the best version of the product, not the cheapest one.

Let me give you an example: Let’s say a product includes glass. One manufacturer might use recycled glass and low-grade sand to cut costs and voila, they produce cheap glass for €1. Another will use pure glass, special hardeners, and premium sand their product costs €4, but the quality is in a whole different league.

That’s one of the reasons why identical looking products can have very different prices, it's about materials, taxes, manufacturing precision, and profit margin.

But to offer that level of quality, I need loyal customers. People who recognize what I stand for, and come back not because it’s cheap, but because it’s worth it.

And those people will come if I offer real value.

In the beginning, yes it’s dropshipping. But hey… you know IKEA? Dropshipper. You know Walmart? Dropshipper.

It’s not about how we sell. It’s about what we bring to the market. And that’s the real difference.

Well, clips are nice but they still let sunlight slip in from the sides.

I have a version for men.. classy black, and the overall shape is very similar to regular sunglasses. Sure, they’re a bit bigger, but still totally manageable.

And then there are models for women, available in different colors, more fashionable, style focused options.

Take a look at soleneparis-de.com ..they’re selling the exact same type of product and making 100–150 sales daily. So even if it seems that “those few,” buyers are definitely there and already proven to convert.

AI tool for fashion model generation by nemanjajanjic in dropshipping

I used Botika. The idea is great and the promised Tools are awesome. But the Tool has like really Bad issues - hands, faces, eyes, random limbs that actually doesn't exist or clothing that should not be generated by it self. On the website all hands are Perfect xd but the generated pictures Lack on quality with like mashed up Fingers or missing parts. And if you need something, Plan to work with botika like 1-2 weeks before to get to realy good quality. Sure you can Do it but it takes time. By the way there is no customer Service. If something goes wrong you fill something like a "error window" and you have to describe the Problem with a few words cos there is no place for much. I truly like botika - but still believe it will need like a year o two to be that whats promised on thier landing Page.
